What Is The Challenge?
The Hardstyle Kettlebell Fat Loss Challenge is a 28-day program that will kickstart you back on course towards your strength and fat loss goals.
I'm pretty sure you set a specific weight loss or strength goal in January right? Well friend, it's now July and by now you may have fallen off the wagon and it's not your fault!
