I have always been active, and have maintained a consistent workout schedule, which includes: Les Mills’ Body Pump, Body Step, and Body attack classes; teaching Zumba; and jogging, yet NONE of those workouts have given me the results that my Kettlebell workouts have provided for me. Within three months, I lost 6 percent body fat and began to ACTUALLY feel toned. There is no better feeling than to look in the mirror as I workout, and/or while getting dressed, and noticing that my muscles in fact DO exist!
